ABOUT

Hi! I'm Emily and live in Florida and now Central coast CA. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach & Registered Yoga Instructor and have been in the health industry for over 10 years. I have a passion for making and sharing healthy recipes, strength training, yoga and traveling. 

My journey in the fitness world began in high school where I initially began to workout and eat clean as a way to "burn calories" and become the tiniest version of myself. This quickly spiraled into a pretty gnarly eating disorder, where I spent many years having to re-learn behaviors and understand proper nutrition and how to fuel myself. I found yoga early on & it changed so much for me, but it was not until I started to really dive into the meditation/breath work where life transformed. Nutrition wise, I found strength training and macro-counting which gave me safe guardrails to understand that food itself isn't "good" or "bad" and helped me eat more while still seeing amazing results. I now practice a much more intuitive approach to eating and exercise and feel fully nourished, empowered and freed from "diet culture" and it is my mission to help you do the same!

With a background in neuroscience, integrative health and wellness and nutrition, I have developed tools, resources and practices that I am so excited to share with and guide you!
