Join us for a restorative evening of gentle yoga + sound healing at the pool deck in Hanford, California
What to expect: Emily (the salty yogini) will lead you through a relaxed vinyasa & restorative/gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels! Expect class to be about 45-minutes of movement ending with a sweet sound bath led by Noel for the ultimate relaxation and restoration!
Optional opportunity at the end of class to connect with your community and take a dip in the pool!
